3. SIUP +NPWP+TDP (original +Copy)
4. Bank statement / personal saving books print out from 3 months latest
5. ID card and Family card (copy + original )
6. Confirmation Hotel in Jepang (we can organize hotel voucher)
7. Reservation print out tickets return

- The newest Koneke Tohon/Koseki Shohon (max.3 months latest), if relationship “ Boy/Girl friends/ Fiancee
