All confirmed reservation should be settled the payment at least 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. By transferring U.S.Dollars to our account , complete transfer information including SWIFT codes are listed on the formal invoice/proof of purchase which we will transfer once a purchase is concluded.

Transfer must be in full payment, exclusive of the Bank fees / charge and beneficiary charge. Indonesia Banking, regulations stipulate a surcharge for any remittance by Bank draft, if you remit by bank draft an additional US$ 40 should be added to total amount.

PT. DIRGANTARA BALI DWIPA TOURS accept most major cards ( VISA, MASTER, and AMEX), according to the regulations by our Government in Indonesia, all the transaction by credit card must be in local currency (RUPIAH), and it will be an additional charge of 4 % (four percent) for bank transaction fee.
This is done at the prevailing exchange rates on the date of actual transaction. The final amount in your home currency on your credit card statement may vary - positively or negatively - form the stated amount on our invoice depending on the exchange rates used by your credit card.
We also need for copy of Credit card (both sides) and valid passport with kindly fax to us including the statement of guarantee booking form as per requested from our Bank company.
Your personal billing information, credit card copy and passport copy are kept in secure lock -up at our office, assure all steps have been put in place between the bank and our Company precisely to protect and secure you from fraudulent use of your card.
We strongly recommend that the copy credit card (both sides), valid copy passport and the above statement of guarantee form of you be sent by Facsimile +62-361-222773 through our secured fax facility than over the more open Internet system.

HOW TO GET HOTEL VOUCHER
Our Staff will be met you at Arrival hall at Airport, meeting service, you will receive HOTEL VOUCHER, original invoice and others document upon your arrival in Bali or we will fax the Hotel voucher before you check in.

REFUND & CANCELLATION
- Deposit is full refundable if the amendment, if our office receive the cancellation more than 32 Days in advance
- Cancellation fees will be levied according to the time limit of cancellation is made.
- No refund or reduction will be made to any member of Group or Individual who change the journey from Itinerary.
- No refund or reduction will be made to any member of Group or Individual who walk out or early check out from hotel before date of depature.
